EATON xComfor - Your own digital butler
Regardless of your daily luxury, xComfort is the answer. xComfort is your own butler who is always at your disposal regardless of whether you are at home or in another country around the world. Because xComfort is a wireless system, you don't need wires to and from switches, thermostats or sensors. With the help of xComfort's integrated systems, whether you want to turn on / off the lights or control the temperature in the house, monitor the house all day long or control various electronic devices in the house, you can. The system helps you to create various scenarios according to your own preferences, for example to water the garden at 5 in the morning when everyone is asleep or to pull the blinds in the afternoon when the sun is stronger on certain rooms and you are not necessarily at home. You can set the light to turn on whenever you work in the cellar or turn on your alarm and turn on all the light bulbs when someone uninformed has stepped on your property. The xComfort system is a complex system that has various automation elements that once connected are available to you whether you are in the living room and want to see a movie or when you are away in the delegation and you want your loved ones not to miss you.
Checking the blinds or the garage door
Shading is the first and most efficient method to take into account when we want to control the ambient temperature. This KIT will allow you to control the electric actuators by mounting the very small switch on the actuator circuit and keeping the wireless switch where it is most convenient for you. The switch works on a battery basis and does not require wires so it can be mounted by gluing to the wall near the blinds or at the entrance to the room. This KIT can be used to control various drive systems such as opening / closing the garage door, electric shutters or even terrace awnings. Connecting it to a SMART Home controller system from xComfort raises the ability to use to an increased level of comfort (see additional options).
Additional options
You can extend the control by adding one or more wireless switches. In this way the control of Blinds, Garage Door or other operating units can be done from several points of the room without having to go through it (near the blinds, near the entrance / exit door of the room or even from bed)
By connecting this KIT to an integrated SMART Home Controller xComfort system, the drive possibilities increase significantly. The entire control system can be done directly from your mobile phone or tablet so you have control of the house at hand even if you are at home or away. At the same time, with the help of the SMC Home xComfort controller, scenarios can be created so that the system becomes your own butler and acts automatically without the need for your intervention:
- The blinds can be closed / opened automatically depending on the brightness or if it is too hot in the room. At the same time, the SMART Home controller will also operate the air conditioning in order to have the desired temperature when you arrive home.
- Actuators can be set at a certain time so that in the morning you will wake up without alarm but with natural light
- You can check the garage doors from your mobile phone when you get home or you want to leave. No need to get in or out of the car every time.
- You can operate the blinds on your mobile phone even if you are on vacation, leaving the impression that someone is still at home.
