The Aqara wireless smart sensor for doors and windows ensures your everyday security.
The most efficient way to use the Aqara smart sensor is together with the Aqara Gateway console, to make your life easier and to be able to connect the other smart devices in the house to each other. The wireless sensor is compatible with the Aqara Home, Mi Home and Apple HomeKit* applications so that you can receive notifications quickly, directly on your smartphone.
*You need an Apple TV gadget with tvOS 10.2 or higher versions or an iPad with iOS 11.0 or higher versions or a Home Pod that you can turn into a smart console to be able to remotely control the smart sensor Aqara Wireless door and window via HomeKit.

Automatically turn on the lights when you return home in the evening
When you open the door at night, the Aqara smart sensor will send a signal to your smart lighting device to turn on the lights. So you will be welcomed properly no matter how late you come home.
"away from home" mode
If someone breaks into your house when you are away from home or while you are sleeping, the sound alarm will be triggered automatically, and the video camera (purchased separately and connected through the console) will start recording.
The device, being connected to the Gateway console, turns on the light and starts sounding the alarm when a person opens the door. The lights will turn on automatically if the door is pushed.
