For deliveries in Romania

The orders are delivered both from our warehouse and from the warehouses of our partners outside the country and reach their destination within 1-5 working days from the registration of the order. However, there is the possibility that certain products require a longer delivery time - for these you will be contacted by phone or email to inform you of the situation that leads to these delays, as well as to ask for your consent to honor the order in a longer time long.

Orders registered in our system before 14:00 are processed the same day and are delivered as soon as possible. Orders registered after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the next working day and will be delivered and picked up by the next day's deliverymen, respecting the previously mentioned delivery times. The delivery time may vary depending on the volume of registered orders and depending on the degree of agglomeration of the courier service provider.

For deliveries to other EU countries

Orders are delivered both from our warehouse and from the warehouses of our partners in Romania or another country and arrive at their destination within 1-10 working days from the registration of the order depending on the country of destination. However, there is a possibility that certain products require a longer delivery time - for these you will be contacted by email to inform you of the situation that leads to these delays as well as to ask for your consent to honor the order in a longer time.

Orders registered in our system before 14:00 are processed the same day and are delivered as soon as possible. Costs and methods of transport

For deliveries in Romania

We try to provide you with the most pleasant experience in the relationship with us, so the products can be delivered by GLS, FAN Courier, Cargus, Sameday, DPD or other couriers.

Orders exceeding 500 RON (price including VAT) benefit from free shipping (in Romania), except for heavy products such as safes, electric generators or heavy grills, which require transport with special carriers. The transport price is calculated per product according to the individual weight and is specified on the order page for the transport cost. For products whose weight exceeds 100 kg, the transport price will be calculated after placing the order and will be communicated in a separate message

For deliveries to other countries in the European Union

Orders are delivered from Romania or other countries in the European Union only after making the payment by card through the payment operator or by bank transfer. Orders will be delivered via GLS for orders whose total weight does not exceed 31.5kg. If the weight of the order exceeds 31.5kg but it can be divided into several parcels, so that the individual weight of each parcel does not exceed 31.5kg, you will be contacted to inform you of the new transport cost taking into account the cost of each individual parcel. If the order cannot be divided into several parcels, the transport can only be carried out with special transport for international transport and in these cases you will be notified separately of the cost of transport and we will deliver only after your transport agreement.

Due to the fact that the delivery is made through a third party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, for any problem regarding the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact us at the time of receiving the product.
