For all products sold and delivered by the Technical House, you benefit from warranty certificates according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the producers.
Products with a guarantee certificate issued by the Casa Tehnica
For some of the products sold by Casa Tehnica you will receive a guarantee certificate issued by Casa Tehnica in electronic format. You will receive the certificate by email in electronic format at the time of purchasing the product. If you have not received a warranty certificate within 72 hours of its delivery, please contact us at email@example.com.

Products with a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer
For some of the products sold by Casa Tehnica you will receive a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer or distributor in printed format. You can find it in the product box or glued on the outside of the box. Keep the certificate so that you can benefit from the guarantee, if needed.
If the product fails during the warranty period, the repair is provided by the authorized service network of the manufacturer / distributor, in the centers specified in the certificate. All you have to do is take the defective product to the nearest service center mentioned in the certificate, which will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty.
The conditions for granting guarantees may vary depending on the manufacturer and are set out in the commercial policies of each manufacturer, at national level.
All resealed products are accompanied by warranty certificates issued by the Technical House. You will receive the certificate by email once the product is delivered.
The warranty period is specified in the warranty certificate of each product.
