Gateway Aqara HUB M1S Gen 2, ZigBee, compatible with Apple Homekit

The Gateway Hub Aqara M1S Generation 2, HM1S-G02, connects the intelligent devices from the Aqara range and allows the realization of smart home automation.

It is controllable through any of the following mobile applications:

• Mi Home APP
• Home Kit (iOS 10.3 or later)
• Google Home
• Aqara Home (Android 5.0 or Above, iOS 10.3 or later)

Connections:

The hub is powered at the outlet and the power supply is 100-240V.

It can connect to the local network via Wi-Fi only on the 2.4 GHz frequency.

Communication protocols:

The hub contains a Zigbee radio (2.4 GHz) that allows it to communicate with your Zigbee devices.

Methods of use:

Control by phone from the native application or from Apple Homekit

Voice command via Siri (Iphone/Ipad)

Automation between equipment registered in the hub

When the internet connection is interrupted and control via the phone becomes impossible, most Aqara smart devices in the home will continue to function locally, as if nothing had happened.

The device also includes an ambient light as well as a siren, both of which can be programmed by the user as part of the automation.
