Temperature and humidity sensor for the Magnum PHTE01 deicing floor

Sensor specially designed and built to detect the presence of moisture, snow and temperatures on the road or any external surface (stairs, handrails, ramps, etc.). Since the snow acts as an insulator, there is a small electric radiator inside the sensor driven directly from the 24 VDC control unit. The resistor melts the snow deposited on the sensor and then detects the presence of water or moisture which activates the unit. It is installed in the most unfavorable area, where you can have problems with ice and snow. The sensor must be mounted on a rigid and stable surface with the top facing forward. The cable must be connected in accordance with current regulations, it is recommended to use a corrugated tube.
